Write to the desk
This page explains how to write to the desk and what happens to your message once it arrives. We handle corrections and questions about what the site publishes; we cannot help with anything inside a casino account.
Corrections to published figures come first
If something we publish does not match the source it came from — a bonus term, a wagering requirement, a maximum bet — write to us and point to the page and the line. The desk treats these messages ahead of general queries, because a wrong number on a bonus page can cost a reader money. Tell us where you saw it and, if you can, where the correct version appears.
We do not take payment for a correction and we do not remove accurate information because a reader or an operator would prefer it gone. If the figure checks out against the published terms, we will change it and note that the page was updated. If it does not check out, we will tell you what we found and leave the page as it stands.
What the desk cannot do for you
We cannot act on anyone's casino account. That covers locked accounts, missing withdrawals, disputed bets, bonus forfeitures, verification requests and complaints about how a site has treated you. The desk has no access to any operator's systems and no standing to intervene on your behalf, including with our partner.
For those matters, contact the operator directly through the support channel listed on its own site and keep a record of the correspondence. If you believe an operator has breached its licence conditions, the relevant state or territory regulator is the correct body to approach. We cannot pass messages on, escalate cases or chase a response for you.
How we handle your message
Messages go to the editorial desk, not to a call centre, and are read in the order they arrive, with corrections moved to the front. We reply by email to the address you wrote from, so make sure it is correct. A clear subject line and a link to the page in question make a reply faster.
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it and to keep a record of any correction, and we handle personal details as set out in our privacy policy. Do not send account numbers, passwords, identity documents or card details. The desk does not need them and we would rather not hold them.
Email: contact@casinobonusesau.com. We answer editorial corrections first — if a figure on this site is wrong, say which page and we will check it against the source.
Questions
Can the desk help me get a withdrawal released?
No. We have no access to any operator's account systems and cannot contact them on your behalf, including our partner. Your first step is the operator's own support channel, and a regulator if you think licence conditions have been breached.
How do I report a figure that looks wrong?
Write to the desk with the page address, the figure you are querying and where the correct version appears if you know it. Corrections are handled before general queries, and we will tell you what the check found.
